1. Return Qualifications
Return Period:
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Product Condition:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new condition—unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact. Products that appear used, damaged, or incomplete cannot be returned.

2.Starting a Return
Step1: Reach Out to Us
Contact us at [email protected] or submit a request via our return portal. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.
Step2: Get Return Authorization
After we review your request, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Code along with shipping instructions.
Step3: Ship Your Item
Send the item in its original packaging along with the return code to the address we provide. Be sure it’s packaged securely.
Note: Unless the item was received in error or arrived damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
3. Refund Time
Processing Your Refund:
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original method of payment.
When to Expect Your Refund:
Please allow 3 to 15 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to appear. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Partial Refunds:
If the item is returned used, worn, or missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund at our discretion.
4.Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong product, a defective item, or something damaged in transit, contact us right away at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send you a full replacement or refund—and we’ll cover the return shipping.
